Fit Tea: What Really Goes In Your Tea

Fit Tea Bags

Fit Tea has made it clear that they are the best tea in their advertisements and other word spreading methods, but we editors have pressing and concerning questions. Does it contain laxatives? Are there any health benefits? Is it effective? Are their other brands that do the same? What are customers getting for the price. We have decided to go deeper into our studies and here is what we found.

First off, Fit Tea does have some health benefits such as: it boosts metabolism, improves health without weight loss, provides the right amount of leaves and herbs used in the tea packet which are also where the metabolism boost comes from. It also means that you can burn calories from not doing anything.

So we covered the good stuff, well is there anything bad about Fit Tea? We couldn’t go straight to their website this time since they don’t want to talk trash about their product. We found that any Instagram user (especially women), report that they see Fit Tea ads multiple times throughout their feeds. This means that Fit Tea is specifically targeting women on Instagram to buy their product. Some may not see the problem with this, but many women may feel pressured to buy Fit Tea because it appears so many times on their feed.

So aside from the pluses and minuses of Fit Tea, what’s really in it? Fit Tea uses the classic green tea of course, but also incorporates Oolung Wu Yi Tea, which has very similar features that appear in green tea. Rooibos tea is included to lower anti-inflammatory and anti-viral properties. Pomegranate is also a super food that they include. A lot of people say that ginger is an appetite suppressant but other think that is up for debate. Guarana is a seed from South Africa that has caffeine in it which gives you more energy, but it also helps boost your metabolism. The sweetener that FIt Tea uses is Stevia: an all natural ingredient and has zero calories. They also use birch to flush excess water from your system which makes you think that you are losing weight faster but that is temporary and only works while you are drinking the tea.

So it seems that Fit Tea matches up to a high health standard, and is overall pretty good for you (if not a little ad-frenzy on Instagram), what is the actual effectiveness of it? The overall consensus of the reviews we found was positive but the taste was bitter, but honey and lemon helped the taste. So definitely buy Fit Tea, but maybe buy some honey and lemon while your at it.
